The CDIL Websites and the CDIL Product Catalogue CD, contain CDIL product(s) information and selection guides to facilitate the selection of CDIL's  Semiconductor Device(s) best suited for application in your product(s) as per your requirement. It is recommended that you completely review our Data Sheet(s) so as to confirm that the Device(s) meet functionality parameters for your application. The information furnished on the CDIL Websites and in the CDIL Product Catalogue CD, are believed to be accurate and reliable. CDIL however, does not assume responsibility for inaccuracies or incomplete information (regardless of the cause).
6. CDIL does not assume liability whatsoever, arising out of the application or use of any CDIL product (regardless of the cause); neither does it convey any license under its patent rights nor rights of others. These products are not designed for use in life saving/support appliances or systems. CDIL customers selling these products (either as individual Semiconductor Devices or incorporated in their end products), in any life saving / support appliances or systems or applications do so at their own risk and CDIL will not be responsible for any damages resulting from such sale(s).
7. Link(s) made available to third party software, provided free of charge by the third party, are made available for downloading from the web site as licensed by the respective parties, subject to their terms of the applicable license agreement. Except as set forth in the applicable license agreement, the software is made available for use by end users only and any further copying, reproduction or redistribution of the software is expressly prohibited. WARRANTIES, IF ANY, WITH RESPECT TO SUCH SOFTWARE SHALL ONLY APPLY AS EXPRESSLY SET FORTH IN THE APPLICABLE LICENSE AGREEMENT DIRECTLY BETWEEN THE USER AND THE THIRD PARTY.
